As a key part of the Ochre Health Group, Ochre Recruitment has recently undergone an internal restructure to create a more efficient company structure for future years.
As a result Ochre Recruitment’s leadership team has changed, with Ochre Health’s CEO, John Burns, taking overall responsibility for Ochre Health and Ochre Recruitment. Malcolm Reeve will be leading the Ochre Recruitment team in his current capacity as Operations Manager.
Justin Smith our current CEO will be moving on to pursue his own permanent recruitment business: ‘Your Doctor Jobs’ (YDJ). YDJ will focus on providing permanent recruitment services to a range of general practice and hospital clients across Australia.
Ochre Recruitment will continue to support its clients with both locum and permanent recruitment services although it will no longer have a focus on attracting IMGs to permanent positions in Australia and will no longer have a dedicated permanent recruitment consultant.
The wider Ochre Health Group thanks Justin for his long and valuable contribution to the success of Ochre Recruitment and wish him the very best in his new venture with our full support.

715 health check
Our BDM, Janie de Souza visited one our favourite clients this month – Goondir Health Services, located in the Darling Downs region of QLD. Goondir have introduced an engaging Community Primary Health Care program which invites patients to come into the centre for a comprehensive 715 health check.
Patients taking part in the program are given a fun ‘deadly’ T-shirt or Food Works voucher for taking the time to participate. As you can see Jason, Tracey and Caitlin are supporting this ‘healthy choices’ initiative by wearing the T – shirts. What a great community initiative Goondir! We love it!
