The opportunity
This general hospital is in need of locums from March- onwards. They offer a wide variety of health services such as 24/7 emergency department, surgery and inpatient. This position requires a medical practitioner who holds a formal qualification in obstetrics (ADRANZCOG) with extensive clinical experience. Locums also work the Emergency Department and/ or GP clinics as well as being rostered to a 1:3 obstetric roster.
The location
Enjoy working at this coastal hospital located in the beach resort town of the north of WA. It incorporates a 66 bed inpatient facility, with support of resident and visiting Specialists.
Essential criteria
To be successful for this position, you must;
- Have full Australian working rights & specialist registration on AHPRA.
- Must hold a formal qualification in obstetrics (ADRANZCOG)
- FSEP (Foetal Surveillance Education Program)
- OFESP (Online Foetal Surveillance Education Program Yearly)
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NNR)
- Must do a minimum of 3-4 week locum blocks at a time
