The Opportunity
Based under 4hrs drive from Melbourne, you will be joining multiple other GP’s along with 2 nurses working daily in this mixed billing clinic. Seeing 4 patients per hour and utilising Best Practice software, hours of work are Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm. Ideally you will be able to assist for a 4-week period to help bring some consistency to the surrounding community though shorter blocks may also be considered. This supportive group practice is used to having additional locum coverage for their permanent GP’s so you will be well welcomed in to the clinic which also has associations with the local health service.
With requirements between 26 Aug - 29 Sep & 28 Oct & 31 Jan and paying $1700 per day, self-contained accommodation and a contribution towards travel costs will also be supported. Access to safe scripts is also required where it is a Vic based clinic.

Running along the Murray River, this agricultural hub boasts fresh local produce, Australian native wildlife, Aboriginal heritage and stunning landscapes. With an average temperature around 23 degrees, it is a great spot to enjoy the outdoor or water based activities across all seasons.
Essential Criteria
With unrestricted AHPRA Specialist registration and Fellowship with the RACGP or equivalent, you will also have full working rights.
