Mil Guanco

Mil has spent the last 4 years working in the medical recruitment space in an administration capacity and brings a thorough understanding of the importance of compliance and paperwork to our growing team.

Mil grew up in the Philippines, then moved to New Zealand and lived in Wellington for almost 10 years before buying a one-way ticket to Sydney. She now calls Sydney home and loves how truly vibrant and multicultural the city is. 

Mils career in the healthcare space began as a Client Support Officer, moving onto a role as a Compliance Consultant before joining the Ochre team as Para Consultant for our Rural Generalist & Hospital Division.
