Patrick Dwyer

A Chartered Accountant by background, Patrick qualified at KPMG, spending seven years in the firm’s Audit and Advisory divisions. He then moved to London, where he held senior finance roles in media and financial services, and subsequently to New York, where he was Finance Director of AST-Equiniti.

Returning to Australia in 2020, he established a CFO advisory firm before being appointed Ochre Group CFO in 2024 and Acting CEO in 2025. A people person in a people business, Patrick is a thoughtful leader, championing “The Ochre Way” which defines our Vision and Values, and acts as our roadmap for both delivering on our core Purpose of “Supporting doctors to improve the health of our communities”.
