Having started his career in business operations and sales in the UK, Wayne moved to Australia in 2011 and gained expertise in the recruitment industry over nearly eight years with Hays. He initially joined Ochre Health as a Senior Recruiter in 2020 before moving to Better Medical for two years as National GP Recruitment Manager and then as General Manager of the function.
Wayne returned to Ochre in 2024 as National Engagement Manager for GP Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) before being promoted into his current role. It encompasses leading operations in GP recruitment and medical workforce solutions.
