The Opportunity:
Narrabri Hospital needs an ED locum CMO in charge to cover ongoing blocks from now until Jan 2025. Requirements include working 12 hour shifts from 7am- 7pm.
The October block is from 3rd to 6th inclusive. There are other dates available so please let us know your availability and we can make sure it aligns with the rosters.
Narrabri District Health Service Hospital has a 28 bed inpatient unit including Obstetrics, an Emergency Department (averaging 12-25 patients in 24 hours) & Operating Theatre.
The Location:
Located in Namoi Valley, Narrabri is known for its peak in Mount Kaputar National Park. Explore these beautiful mountains and take in its peaceful scenary. Canoe along Namoi River or camp and explore volcanic formations. Take in this town's right history on agriculture and colonial heritage.
Essential Criteria:
• Full Australian working rights & general registration on AHPRA.
• ALS2 or equivalent
• Experience in rural remote settings
