The Opportunity

Work with a team of competent nurses and enjoy a work-life balance from Dec 29 to Feb 28. On average you will see between 9-11 presentations daily, with a limited volume of inpatient work, roughly 4-6 inpatients at one time. On call for Cat 1,2. SAVES in place for Cat 3,4,5. The Nursing team really does make things more appealing for any Doctor that works on the Yorke and Northern peninsula.

If you choose to secure all the following blocks, your earning potential is approx $76,800.

• 29 Dec - 28 Feb (excluding Wed in Jan/Feb)

The roster is also ongoing throughout 2025 should you wish to secure regular work.

The Location

Yorketown is a 2.5 hour drive from Adelaide. It's easy and scenic which makes this road trip to start your locum really enjoyable. Known as the hub of the Southern Yorke Peninsula, you'll feel a sense of freedom and calmness when you land in Yorketown. There's a real sense of community spirit at Yorketown Hospital that you'll feel the minute you meet the team.

The Yorke Peninsula in Southern Australia has some of the best beaches in Australia. The Copper Coast is simply stunning and super family friendly. SA is famous for the Rock Pools, hiking, kite flying and much more for all those family friendly days out exploring. The flat seas are perfect for kayaking, and paddle boarding or if you fancy something with a little extra adrenaline, try wake boarding or kite surfing!

The Sunsets on the Copper Coast are special.
