The Opportunity
Bellinger River District Hospital has served the community since 1903 and provides 42 inpatient beds. It offers a 24/7 Emergency Department, along with general medicine, rehabilitation, palliative care, and day surgery services. Allied health support includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology, dietetics, social work, and community nursing. The hospital is wheelchair accessible, operates on a mixed billing model, and is well-regarded by patients for its professional, attentive care. Telehealth provides access to FACEMS and Senior Registrars at Coffs Harbour Health Campus.

Essential Criteria
To be eligible for this locum, you must have
- Australian working rights
- Full AHPRA registration
- PGY4 or greater with 6 to 12 months critical care experience (Emergency, Anaesthetics or ICU)
- Be confident working on your own
