The opportunity
Work in a supportive ED environment with 2 FACEM’S available on the floor during the day and on call support after 11pm. This hospital’s emergency department sees roughly 57,000 presentations per year, with approximately half of all presentations being categorised as a Cat 3.
The location
Located in Canberra’s Belconnen Region, it is the most populated district within ACT on the western shore of Lake Ginninderra. This region has a median age of 35 with 18.1% of the population being between 0 – 14 years and 15.1% over 65 years old.
Essential criteria
To be eligible for this locum you must have working rights in Australia, registration on AHPRA, and have Emergency Medicine experience.
