The Opportunity
Wagga Wagga Health Service has recently undergone a $432 million redevelopment, which included the introduction of a 325-bed facility in 2017, known as Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. Since it opened, it supports over 40,000 emergency presentations, 1100 births, and approximately 11,000 operations each year. Wagga Wagga Health Services is also home to a brand new Service Hub, Mental Health unit, Indigenous services, critical care services, pediatrics, rehabilitation care, occupational therapists, and much more.
