The Opportunity
Servicing the Mareeba area, whilst also supporting Chillagoe, Dimbulah and the Lotus Glen Correctional Centre, Mareeba Hospital has the capacity for 51 beds and is seeking an experienced specialist to assist in their 24-hour Emergency Department. Mareeba hospital offers a range of services, including, Accident, Medical, Maternity & Surgical, alongside an extensive range of specialist services.
The Location
Whilst the town of Mareeba is relatively small, the shire is one of the biggest in North Queensland, with an extensive to-do list for those who visit. Known as a multicultural district, rich with wildlife, museums, coffee, food, and wine, Mareeba is a magnet for those seeking a new adventure. Located an hour West of Cairns, this beautiful town is considered a hidden gem - with extensive waterfalls, stunning national parks, and clear blue skies.
Essential criteria
