The opportunity
You will be working as an ED CMO In-charge in this 99 bed rural referral hospital that provides acute health care services to residents of Armidale and surrounding town. This hospital provides a range of services to its rural community including Emergency, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Haematology, Kidney Medicine, Imagining, Maternity, Mental Health, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Surgery and more.
The location
Armidale is a rural city commonly known as the "Cathedral City" due to its rich heritage, beautiful architecture and of course - breathtaking Cathedrals. If you're a foodie, Armidale has many cafes, restaurants, bars and breweries that you can visit to relax in your off-time. This area is also home to several world-heritage listed national parks, which are beautiful spots for picnics, hikes, bike rides and bird-watching.
Essential criteria
To be successful in applying for this role, you must have an AHPRA Registration and an extensive experience in emergency medicine.
