Blocks available in The Yorke & Northern Peninsula in South Australia!

Work with a team of competent nurses and enjoy a work-life balance from Dec 31 to Feb 28.

Shifts are 08.00-08.00 - Doctor will finish at 7pm to rest and will be on call for Cat 1 & 2 only.

(SAVES available 19.00-07.00 for Cat 3, 4 & 5.)

Maitland ED/Inpatients

The Nursing staff really does make things more appealing for any Doctor that works on the Yorke and Northern peninsula.

The Hospital accommodation is across the road from the Hospital and is perfect for families.

17 Feb - 28 Feb

The roster is also ongoing throughout 2025 should you wish to secure regular work.

The Location:

The Maitland district is now recognised as one of the best barley growing areas in Australia. The Yorke & Northern Peninsula is a firm favourite for all locum Emergency Medicine Doctors.

SA is famous for the Rock Pools, hiking, kite flying and much more for all those family friendly days out exploring. The flat seas are perfect for kayaking, and paddle boarding or if you fancy something with a little extra adrenaline, try wakeboarding or kitesurfing!
