The Location
Sumner is a coastal seaside suburb located in Christchurch, separated by picturesque volcanic hills and cliffs that descent to the sea shores, take in the panoramic views from the mountain tops of the city to the sea. Only a 20-minute drive from the busy Christchurch CBD.
Essential criteria
