You will provide essential care in our purpose-built clinic while supporting the adjacent Scottsdale Hospital. Whether you’re seeking full-time or a custom roster, this is a role where you set the pace and the rewards are significant.
The Perks:
· Total Package Value: An impressive $525,060 per annum, combining in-clinic earnings (up to $360k) with a daily VMO on-call rate of $145k/year.
· Sustainable Roster: Enjoy a predictable 1:5 on-call rotation and only one weekend per month.
· Relocation & Housing: A comprehensive House & Car package (valued at $60k) plus a sign-on and relocation incentive.
· Government Incentives: MMM5 & DPA location—eligible for a 30% moratorium reduction, GRIP payments up to $23k/year, and various college pathway grants.

Skills & Experience
· Registration: General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
· Clinical Readiness: Current ALS2 (or equivalent) and recent emergency experience (within the last 18 months).
