About the Role:

Join Ochre Medical Centre Bourke as a GP/VMO, where you’ll provide essential general practice and emergency care while supporting the Bourke Multipurpose Service (MPS), a co-located 35-bed hospital. This role offers variety, with seamless transitions between clinic and hospital care, and flexible rosters that promote work-life balance.

What’s on Offer:

• Earnings: Up to $665,000 per year, including $2,100/day GP billings and $2,000/day on-call payments (161 days rostered annually).
• Relocation Support: $25,000 assistance (2-year clawback applies), plus fully furnished housing, vehicle, and return flights.
• Flexible Rosters: Options for 2 on/2 off or 3 on/1 off for ideal work-life balance.
• Moratorium Reduction: MM7 location reduces your moratorium to 5-6 years.

What We’re Looking For:

• Vocationally Registered GP (FRACGP or FACRRM)
• Recent emergency or VMO experience
