The opportunity
This practice offers a wider range of services for older people in Canterbury, such as removal of skin lesions. The health centre is not just for older people, however, but for patients of any age. They have an integrated healthcare model and has a rehabilitation gym, a hydrotherapy pool and phlebotomy service on site.
The location
Located where mountains slope down to seaside villages, hot pool retreats sit among vast bushlands, and at the heart of it all, a city that acts as a perfect destination to explore it all. Christchurch is the basecamp for South Island exploration, with the Banks Peninsula within reach, as well as the stunning Southern Alps and famed Canterbury Plains.
