Ochre Health is looking for an experienced VR General Practitioner or VMO to provide GP services to Campbell Town, in Tasmania’s midlands.Located in the town’s Community Health Centre alongside the hospital, the practice offers a range of health services including general family medical care, women’s health, men’s health, occupational medicine, travel advice and vaccinations, antenatal checks, childhood vaccinations, and workers’ compensation.

Located on the banks of the Elizabeth River, Campbell Town is approximately 70 kms to the south of Launceston. In its early days, Campbell Town was an important stop-over on the multi-day coach trip between Hobart and Launceston.

Campbell Town is one of Tasmania’s most historic towns, boasting a legacy of broad streets, well established European trees, and stately colonial architecture. In modern times. Essential Criteria

You must be a vocationally registered GP (FRACGP or FACRRM) with recent rural emergency experience and a current ALS2 (or equivalent) certificate.
