Locum Rural Generalist (GP/ ED) Dalby, QLD

• Hospital-based. Current JCCA essential.

The opportunity

A 35-bed hospital is in need of rural locums who can cover a 2-week locum in December. The hospital offers various health services including a 24/7 emergency department sees 30-40 presentations a day. The locum will be covering the ED & OBS at the hospital.

Dalby is a large rural town in Queensland. It is a prosperous rural centre that offers scenic picnic spots, parks, wide streets and lots of tourist attractions. Daly prides itself with its rich culture, beautiful art and amazing heritage sites. Stop by the nearby towns of Bell – nestled in the foothills of the Bunya Mountains, Kaimkillenbun – affectionately known as “The Bun”, Jimbour – with its magnificent country homestead, and Warra’s iconic Queenslander architecture. 

Essential criteria

To be considered eligible for this role, you must have either FRACGP or FACRRM. You must have an ED experience.
