The Opportunity

This facility features five GP consultation rooms and offers strong clinical support, including fellow GPs, a Registrar, multiple nurses, reception staff, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Visiting Allied Health professionals. You'll be working Monday to Friday only between 8:30am – 17:00pm, with no on-call or weekend requirements. Appointments are booked at a minimum of 20 minutes each and the clinic uses Communicare software.

Having been established in 1976, alongside the medical service and specialist clinics, there is also transport support and aged care elders support.

How to get there

Where possible it is preferred if a GP is able to drive to the local area with the KM allowance and accommodation being provided. Essential criteria

• Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Working with Children Check for NSW
• Experience in rural or remote primary care, ideally Indigenous health
• Cultural awareness and respect for Aboriginal communities
