Locum VR GP - Bonnells Bay MM1

• $1200 paid daily or 65% of billings if greater

The Position

Using Best Practice software and with 15-minute standard consultation times, Ochre Health Bonnells Bay is looking for some additional locum support to cover a period of leave. Joining a team of welcoming and supportive staff, you will work alongside multiple other doctors each day as well as various allied health services. There is also 2 nurses in the clinic who look after childhood immunisations, wound dressings and ECGs, etc. There has been positive feedback from other locum doctors who have assisted this clinic with comments including that the staff are lovely.

• Mixed billing practice with standard consult fee of $101.00

• Monday to Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm

• No ED, on call or weekend work

The Location

This beautiful location is just 2hr drive North of Sydney or 1hr drive South of Newcastle where it is nestled on beautiful Lake Macquarie. It is quiet, safe and peaceful - with friendly locals, wonderful walkways and plenty of boat access to the lake. It is a great area for cycling with excellent parks by the lake for a picnic, swim or BBQ.

Essential criteria

• FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualifications 

• Unrestricted AHPRA Specialist Registration

• Full working rights
