Locum VR GP - Bruny Island

• $1500 paid daily plus ferry fare and KM allowance provided

The Opportunity 

The opportunity is well suited to those who are based in the Hobart region and able to easily access Bruny Island for the day, traveling across on the ferry. The clinic hours run from 10am – 4pm to allow for the travel and it is ad hoc days of locum cover required. Due to the clinic being co-located with the Bruny Island Community Health centre which provides nursing services, there is the requirement to complete some credentialing with the THS.

• Best Practice software
• Primarily bulk billing clinic including for Standard Consultations
• Clinic open 3 days per week with ad hoc locum dates
• Ferry fare covered along with KM allowance provided to drive to the ferry and from the ferry to the clinic
• Ambulatory services also available on the island and staffed separately

Essential Criteria
