Locum VR GP - Coastal QLD

The Opportunity

Working as the sole GP in this newly established clinic, you will be providing essential support prior to the permanent GP being able to commence. With admin and nursing support available onsite, there will also be remote Practice Manager assistance where needed. Primarily assisting an older patient demographic, the patient numbers have started slower, with this increasing to around 25-30 patients per day as the clinic becomes more established. 

Paying $1500 per day, travel, car and accommodation support can be provided.

• Working Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 17.00pm, 
• No on-call, ED or weekend work required
• Clinic opened in February 2025 and permanent GP due to commence in June
• Part of a group of 3 clinics in QLD
• Bulk billing available with private billing modal planned
• Best Practice software in use
• 15 minute standard consultation times

Essential criteria

• FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualifications 
• Unrestricted AHPRA Specialist Registration
