The Opportunity
In this mixed billing practice, you will be working solo to cover a period of leave for the usual doctor. Up to 4 patients per hour will be seen with a standard fee of $85 or $170 for when a longer consult is required. During this period there would be no nursing support, however they have advised there would be no dressings / vaccinations during this period unless urgent. As a clinic that is bookings only, there is a varied patient demographic from young families to the elderly. The software in use is Best Practice.
The hourly rate of $160 is paid or 70% of billings if greater.
The Location
This popular coastal destination has swimming and surf beaches, seaside restaurants, local markets, lots of wineries, hot springs and old World War Fort to discover. There are plenty of places to choose to eat and drink as well as plenty of shops and boutiques to browse.
Essential Criteria
To be eligible for this role you require full working rights plus be working as a VR GP or equivalent with AHPRA specialist registration.
