About the role:
This role, open to those with Fellowship—no prior prison experience needed—invites you to take the helm of clinical leadership within a dedicated healthcare team. You’ll deliver vital services to inmates, collaborate on innovative mental health and substance use programs, and engage in emergency medical responses, all while working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with no on-call expectations. this position offers a competitive locum rate of $2000 per day, complemented by covered travel expenses, accommodation, and a hire car. Essential criteria:
- FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualifications and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Full working rights in Australia
- Recent experience working in Aboriginal Medical Services
