The opportunity
This is a unique chance to deliver meaningful healthcare in a correctional environment while diversifying your clinical experience. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, you will lead clinical care as part of a dedicated healthcare team.
You will provide general practice services, contribute to programs focused on mental health and substance use, and respond to medical emergencies as required. While prior prison health experience is not necessary, this role suits GPs seeking to expand their skills in a supported and structured environment.

Essential criteria
- Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
- Current AHPRA Specialist GP Registration
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Recent experience in Aboriginal Health is desirable
