The opportunity

We are seeking experienced GPs to provide culturally appropriate primary healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities on the Far South Coast of NSW. You’ll join a dedicated team of GPs, nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers and allied health professionals who deliver a holistic model of care.

The clinic uses Best Practice Software, with a minimum of 20 minutes per consultation. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with no on-call, after-hours or weekend requirements. Locums are required for a minimum of one week, with longer blocks welcome.

How to get there

Essential criteria

  • Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
  • Current AHPRA Specialist GP Registration
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Experience in rural or remote healthcare, ideally Indigenous health
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in Aboriginal health contexts
