The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a long-term locum General Practitioner to assist alongside their permanent GP who works across Thursday and Friday each week. With appointments booked between 8.30am – 4.30pm, and no on call or weekend work, they provide high quality services, with allied health and nursing support. It is a mixed billing practice using Prac Soft / Medical Directory and offering 15-minute standard consultation times. Looking for 1-month minimum cover, up to 6 months, this can either be across Monday to Wednesday each week or up to 5 days if preferred with accommodation being provided on a full time basis.
They can offer a daily rate of $1500 or 70% of billings dependent on what is greater.
The Location
Located just under an hour from Hobart, this beautiful town is the gateway to the Hartz Mountains and celebrates its history on every street corner. With vineyards, heritage centres and parks, it is also known to be the centre of Tasmania's fruit industry.
Essential Criteria
To be eligible for the role, you must have a specialist registration with AHPRA and fellowship with RACGP.
