Locum VR GP - Mining town in QLD

• $1500 paid daily plus travel, car and accomm
• Group practice working alongside multiple other GP's
• Full time nursing support

The Opportunity

Providing support for periods of leave, in this clinic you may be working alongside 4-5 other doctors as well as having full time nursing support. With ages mainly from the young to middle aged, opposed to the elderly, there is also the opportunity to assist with Occupational Health cover for the local mining industry though this is not essential.

$1500 is paid daily and travel, car and accommodation support can be provided, including a 3 bedroom house that can be pet friendly.

Details:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
• No weekend, ED or on-call required
• Medical Director software
• Usually 2 nurses in the clinic daily
• 15 minute standard consultation times

This coal mining town based in the Isaac Region offers modern facilities for the local miners and their families. You can visit the Coal Face Art Gallery, take a dip at the Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre or unwind with a coffee at a local café.

MM5 location. This location qualifies for additional financial incentives through the Workforce Incentive Program (WIP). Eligible GPs can receive significant financial support based on the area's classification. Essential criteria:

• FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualifications 
• Unrestricted AHPRA Specialist Registration
• Full working rights
