Locum VR GP - Sunshine Coast

• $1200 per day or 70% of billings, whichever is greater

The Opportunity

This group of practices has various clinics across the Sunshine Coast with ongoing needs across different dates. As mixed billing clinics, in some you may be working alongside the part-time GP, whilst others are solo with full time nurse and full time admin staff. Working from 8am – 4pm daily with a half hour lunch break, $1200 per day is paid or 70% of billings if greater. With Best Practice software in use, the patient demographic includes elderly, adults and some day to day walk ins from families. A minimum of 2 weeks if preferred for locum cover with travel, car and accommodation provided. There is also a permanent opportunity available whereby a guaranteed rate can be offered for the initial period as well as a relocation sum.

The Location

This coastal suburb in the Sunshine Coast region offers stunning child-friendly beaches and a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars bordering the coastline. The clinic itself is situated near to the beach, a pharmacy and a Coles as well. By offering 2 weeks you will be able to enjoy the white sand and blue-green sea across the weekends.

Essential Criteria

To apply for this role you must hold FRACGP, VR or equivalent qualifications; and General or Specialist registration with AHPRA.
