The opportunity

This friendly practice is looking for long term General Practitioner to do between 4-8 sessions per week for an ongoing period. The team is made up of 4 General Practitioners, 1 Nurse Practitioner, supported by a team of nurses, a health improvement practitioner, a health coach and a community support worker.

Essential criteria
