Perm - General Surgeon with HPB subspecialty

The opportunity

This hospital is a secondary facility and provides level 4-5 services with a 349-bed capacity. They are seeking for a General Surgeon with a subspecialty interest in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgery to join the Department of General Surgery. The successful candidate will also participate in the duty surgeon roster, providing acute care Monday – Friday 0800-1700, and will also participate in the afterhours call roster.

Essential criteria

To apply for this role you must hold qualifications that meet the criteria for vocational registration or be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and F.R.A.C.S. Or F.R.C.S. (or equivalent registrable as a Specialist).
