The opportunity 

Join a well-supported multi-disciplinary team on the east coast providing a wide range of healthcare services to a diverse community. With a registered patient base exceeding 4500 across 5 communities, rest assured that no two days will be the same.

Some on-call/after-hours work is required in the small rural hospital in addition to GP sessions. PRIME training would be essential. Excellent nurse support and all clinics are Cornerstone accredited with great teaching opportunities. The placement utilizes Medtech32.

The location

Located in a gorgeous and unique rural region of the East Coast, beautiful beaches are abundant in the region. It is a dazzling stretch of the New Zealand coastline. This location does not run out of adventures - diving, fishing, river rafting, surfing, and hiking. The thriving culture of the region makes for some fascinating and unique cultural experiences. The region’s flourishing internationally-regarded wine industry has birthed a growing gourmet wine and food culture.
