Ochre Medical Centre St Helens is a well-established general practice with a team of experienced independent GPs and a range of visiting allied health providers, operating Monday to Friday and delivering comprehensive primary care including routine consultations, chronic disease management, health assessments and preventive care to the St Helens community and surrounding region. The practice is co-located with St Helens District Hospital and Community Centre, which provides acute and palliative care, a 4-bay outpatient and emergency service, allied health, radiology, community nursing and a range of visiting public and private providers. As the GPVMO, you’ll cover ED shifts here. On-call is shared across the VMO team, with your roster confirmed well ahead of your block.

The Essentials

• Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
• Current AHPRA Specialist GP Registration
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Current ALS2 (or equivalent)
• Recent emergency experience within the last 18 months
